I went to the movies with my friend this afternoon. It’s her birthday so she chose the flic - Bride Wars. I wanted to see Revolutionary Road but she brought up the good point that we don’t want to leave the theater all depressed without a fun attitude for the evening ahead of us. So Bride Wars it was!
The one thing I noticed right away when it got to the wedding day scene:
WHERE ARE THEIR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS?!?!?!?
Who knows… However, I really loved how they used the photo montage for their scene transitions. I guess that is their shout out to us Wedding Photographers
So, if you’re a bride-to-be (or know a bride-to-be) and want to get a laugh out of relating to some of the crazy-silly things that happen when you’re planning your wedding, definitely go see Bride Wars.
p.s. I’ll be writing the whole afternoon off since it is actually considered Research for my profession
