This lovely lady is the energy behind her creation: Red Ball Communications. I’m honored she came back to my studio for her new headshots. And I was excited to collaborate with Meridith again – not only is she naturally beautiful but she’s quirky, spunky, funky, daring and just a plain ol’ good time.

We didn’t let the crazy winds keep us stuck inside the studio while we shot and I loved how Meridith was game for having her hair blowing all around for some of her shots

Headshots: Hair People!

I’ve been photographing these beautiful ladies for 4 years now…and they’ve been making my hair look fabulous for just as long! I met Maree Chavez (Salon Owner) when we did a Yoga Workshop together at Core Power Yoga . My first experience at Hair People was amazing and I was so proud to share this glorious salon with all my friends. Every time I visit the salon my mood immediately brightens. It could be all the beautiful smiles that greet me when I walk through the door, it could be the elegant decor, it could be the soothing but energetic aura that each of the graceful stylists give off…actually it’s all of those elements combined! They are now offering massage along with all their specialized cut & color and professional product.

Maree contacted me to capture a photo of all the lovely ladies and to talk about designing new marketing material for them. My first instinct was to have “people” on all the Hair People marketing material (makes sense, doesn’t it?!?) So we came up with this fabulous photograph of all the girls for the Gift Certificates, Postcards & Referral Rewards Cards and then made persoalized business cards with each of the stylists portrait. I think it fits so well!

I am so proud of this beautiful woman. Not only is she a sucessful entrepeneur, an accomplished performer, and owner of multiple small businesses but she’s my best friend. I was so happy to orchestrate a lifestyle shoot with Julia a couple weeks ago. I knew we were bound to complete the shoot with all kinds of creative and fun portraits. I was overjoyed when Heath asked me to shoot his new headshots! I met Heath last March and have been lucky enough to see him perform his HILARIOUS acts several times. If you ever get the chance to watch this guy do not pass it up. I’m laughing to myself right now thinking about Elvis…you’ll know what I mean when you see the show

Environmental Headshots: O’Brien Advertising

I had the wonderful pleasure of shooting some creative & bright Environmental Headshots for the amazing team at O’Brien Advertising. It was a breeze shooting at O’Brien for three reasons: 1) The decor and color in the office is SO energizing and brilliant – I had so many fabulous backdrops to work with 2) Every single member at their delightful advertising firm was more than happy and excited to be creative with me 3) they gave me one of their Decadent Carmel Apples that happen to arrive on our shoot day – yum!

This is Round 2 of headshots with Heather…last time we were together it was at my old studio on South Broadway. This time we had the fall colors in my backyard here at my new studio to compliment Heather’s engaging eyes. Heather is a young woman who is destined to dominate the theater world. She has such charisma and such organic passion for the biz – she is already very busy with plays at local theaters and commercial work with Maximum Talent.

Heather, thank you again for shining so brightly in front of my lens that afternoon – I hope these headshots grab all the casting agents eyes like they have for me!

This is the second time Ann & I have worked together. I vividly remember shooting her last round of headshots – mostly because she was someone who I saw as an amazing role model. Not only is she a very successful Female Business Owner but she exudes a fun, professional, enthusiastic, “living-the-dream” attitude that I strive to embrace in myself.

I was so happy to hear from her a couple weeks ago – thank you Ann for coming back to my studio. It is the biggest compliment to have a client return because they loved their shots the first time!

Over the past 2 years I’ve been fortunate enough to shoot Jessie’s headshots on a regular basis and see this beautiful woman prosper & grow in the Denver Acting Community. Having her back in my studio brought an amazing energy – since Katelyn, Jessie & I have worked together on so many occasions we ALWAYS have lots to talk about and catch up on Stories about horrible dates, awesome new jobs & gossip about the lastest trashed celebrities…

These two lovely ladies were referred to me by one of my NYC friends. When Nicole & Elise arrived at my studio the whole place lit up! They were so fun to have in front of my camera and they kept me laughing with silly stories and jokes all through the shoot. Thank you girls for coming by! Last week Katie came to the studio to have her new headshots taken before she moved to the windy city. She’s there right now & I can’t wait to hear how she blows all the Chicago Casting Agents away with her new headshots & amazing personality.
